Helpful Hints for 24/7 Access:
1. Access a Certificate
- Locate the certificate you wish to reissue
- Select “Submit Request”
- Email Certificate to you and/or others
2. Auto ID Cards
Find Fleet Auto ID cards in the Documents folder
3. Additional Users
- Contact your Assistant Client Manager to set-up new access
- Notify us to disable log-in information for former employees
4. Claim Reporting Tool
- Report thefts, single car accidents/minor fender benders, etc.
- All other claims, including injury or emergency type claims, should be report to your Client Manager via phone or email.
5. After-hours Emergency Claims
After hour emergency claims can be reported to 614-453-4400.
